To succeed in life we need to be competent, well informed, and have the emotional ability to act. Overcoming challenges, obstacles and ourselves, is the surest way to acquire self-confidence and self-worth and so the results are self perpetuating, building up such highly sought qualities as resilience and perseverance.
Life skills are very difficult to teach and are usually labelled as a personality traits or luck. More than being learnt, the experience of them can lift the veil on how our learning and motivation mechanisms shape our Lives, and how best to use them.
Self-awareness is the key to coping, empathy and critical and creative thinking. By defining \"Who am I?\" and following \"I am...\" we propose a light playful way of exploring Life\'s challenges and learning how and why we work the way we do. Self acceptance, full body communication, motivation, multiple perspectives, resourcefulness and focus, are some aspects tackled throughout this cycle of 8 short practical workshops designed to impact your daily life.
